Each room is provided with the best facilities: frigobar, TV sat, modem, telephone, safe, hairdryer, etc. Moreover, the structure has a dining and a living room for reading and relaxing.
“La Cascina del Lago” room renter has a lot green areas as well as a restaurant, where it’s possible to taste local specialities, wines and typical products of the territory.
The structure is organised to host the tourist who wants to spent a holiday in the sweet Monferrato hills, offering the possibility of renting mountain bikes (at the symbolic price of € 5,00 per day), of having walking tours, or riding horses at San Carlo Manège, which is 4 kilometres far from the structure and has an arrangement with it.
The restructuring allowed the recovery of the hayloft, the porch and the cellar, safeguarding the main typical features of the building, enhancing the vaults with bricks and revaluating the arches, the door and windows frames as well as the wooden main doors. The structure is equipped with a garage where it’s possible to park rent bikes. “La Cascina del Lago” room renter is surrounded by a lot of green areas for relaxing, sunbathing, reading… A restaurant service is provided, offering a great variety of local typical dishes (truffles, chestnuts, hazelnuts, mushrooms, fruits and vegetables, wild fruits. The clients have the possibility of taking part to the harvesting, when it’s time. “La Cascina del Lago” room renter has stipulated agreements with some manages located in that area in order to allow its guests to have reductions to learn riding around the hills. It’s possible to rent mountain bikes to visit the Natural Reserve of Valleandona and of Valle Botto, offering to children the chance of getting acquainted with farmyard animals.
