The house, in rustic style, dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and it has been recently restored, keeping its peculiarities unchanged. Every house has its own appearance: the “Fiordaliso” is coloured and cheerful, it expresses our personality and the pleasure of welcoming our guests.
Three bedrooms have been made upstairs, each with private bathroom and a large balcony with a beautiful view on the surrounding green hills. This balcony faces the sun, it is furnished with garden furniture and enriched with red roses and white jasmines; in this kind of natural context, the balcony is as important as the bedroom and, thanks to it, our guests can enjoy every moment of the day, from the dawn to the warm sunset, maybe with a glass of good wine.
Our dishes respect the tradition, being innovative and original at the same time; for their preparation, we use quality products from our farm.
This is a core principle, not only because the regulations governing our activity impose us the use of our own products, but because we are very proud to do so.
First of all, we are gratified on a personal level, because the basic ingredients of our dishes are high quality products from our area. Than, we are gratified by the positive opinion of our demanding guests, which expect high standards from our restaurant.
