La Fiorita was born as a green shelter for the lovers of nature and wildlife, and it is well integrated in the existing nursery which merges with the adjacent garden, rich in tree species. The house is a cottage built in the late 19th century, and it was restored by the Curbis family who tried to maintain and enhance at the same time the typical features of the rural architecture.
Brick and gypsum vaulted-ceiling, terracotta and wooden floor, exposed stone walls rich in fossils – these architectural features allow the La Fiorita bed & breakfast to integrate well with the surrounding territory, its vineyards, woods and tracks where quiet walks through nature are possible. Besides walking, guests can choose among different trips in the surroundings. Several restaurants, trattorias and wine bars are within reach – here guests can taste the typical products and wines of the province of Asti.
The B&B can sleep 5 people in a single and a double room. If you choose to be accommodated in the single room, you will be plunged into a flower atmosphere, rustic though young and friendly. The other room is rustic as well, but more classic. It is very large and some extra beds can be added. The two rooms overlook the garden which merges with the surrounding hilly landscape and features plants typical of the Asti area. The green area in front of the Bed & Breakfast even welcomes grafts of aromatic and Mediterranean plants bringing back the pleasant atmosphere of Provençal gardens. A playground for children, a covered area outside for protecting from the sun and spending time absorbed by nature.
